Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of timemax.org (the "Site") and any order you place with TIME'MAX ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site or place an order.

2. Our products

The watches sold on the Site are replica (super clone) watches. They are not genuine products of, and TIME'MAX is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to, any of the watch brands referenced on the Site. Brand names, model names and reference numbers are used only to describe the design a product is modeled on; all trademarks belong to their respective owners. You are responsible for making sure that buying and importing these products is permitted where you live.

Product photos are representative. The exact watch you will receive is shown in the QC photos and video before shipping.

3. Accounts

  • Provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Staying logged in on a shared device lets others use your account; log out when you are done.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

4. Orders and pricing

  • Adding items to your bag does not create an order. Every order is confirmed with our team on WhatsApp, Messenger or email — reference, factory, movement, final price and shipping address — before you pay.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars. We may correct pricing or availability errors before an order is confirmed.
  • We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund of any payment received, if we cannot fulfil it.

5. Payment

Our main payment method is a PayPal Goods & Services invoice from our business account, which keeps your payment eligible for PayPal Purchase Protection under PayPal's own terms. We may also accept Credit / debit card, Zelle, USDT on request.

6. Quality control and shipping

  • We send QC photos and video of your exact watch, usually within 3–5 days of payment. The watch ships only after you approve it; you may ask for another piece instead.
  • Shipping is free by FedEx. Typical transit to the US is 5–8 business days after dispatch; delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
  • If a parcel is held by customs, we reship it at no charge.
  • You will receive a tracking number once the shipment is created. Please make sure your address is complete and correct.

7. Warranty and after-sales

We offer a 1-year replacement and 5-year warranty on Swiss movements. If something is wrong when your watch arrives, contact us with photos or a short video and we will work with you on a repair, replacement or other solution. Damage from accidents, water exposure beyond normal use, or third-party repairs is not covered.

8. Community rules

When you post, comment or upload images you agree not to:

  • post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or that infringes someone else's rights;
  • share other people's personal information, or spam, scam or advertise;
  • impersonate others or try to disrupt or access the Site without authorization.

You keep ownership of your content and give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it on the Site. We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules.

9. Site content

Text, photos, QC videos and design on the Site belong to TIME'MAX or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Changes apply from the "Last updated" date above; orders already confirmed follow the Terms in place at the time.
