How to Order
Every order is placed with a real person. Here is each step, from your first message to FedEx delivery.
There is no checkout button that charges your card and leaves you guessing. Every TIME'MAX order goes through a person on our team, because a watch at this level has choices that matter — factory, movement, dial and bracelet — and we would rather confirm them with you than ship the wrong one.
The six steps

Pick a watch, message us
Browse the catalog, then send the product link to our team on WhatsApp or Messenger. We reply to every message personally.

We confirm every detail
Reference, factory, movement, final price and your shipping address are confirmed in writing before you pay anything.
- 03
Pay with PayPal Goods & Services
You receive a PayPal invoice from our business account. Goods & Services keeps your payment covered by PayPal Purchase Protection.
- 04
QC photos & video in 3–5 days
We film the exact watch you will receive — dial, bezel alignment, timekeeping, clasp. Approve it, or ask for another piece.
- 05
Free FedEx dispatch
Only after your approval do we pack the full box set and ship with FedEx at no cost. You get the tracking number as soon as it is created.
- 06
Delivered in 5–8 business days
Typical FedEx transit to the US after dispatch. If a parcel is ever held by customs, we reship at no charge.
What the QC video shows
Within 3–5 days of payment, we send HD photos and a video of the actual watch prepared for you — not a stock clip. We check and show:
- Dial printing, indices and hand alignment under magnification
- Bezel alignment and insert fill (GMT colour split, Submariner pip)
- Date change and crown action through every position
- Timekeeping on a timegrapher where applicable
- Clasp, end links and bracelet fit
If anything is off, tell us. We will swap the piece and film the new one before anything ships. You are never asked to accept a watch you have not seen.
Why order through customer service?

- Written confirmation. Price, specs and address are agreed in the chat before you pay, so there are no surprises later.

Using your account
Adding a watch to your bag requires a free TIME'MAX account. The same account lets you post and comment in the community. When you are ready, send your bag to our team on WhatsApp or Messenger and we take it from there.
