What's in the Box
Every watch ships with the full box set: outer and inner box, warranty card, certificate booklets, hang tag and more.
Every TIME'MAX watch ships as a full set. Not an upgrade, not an add-on — it is included with every order.
The full set
- The watch, with protective film on case and clasp
- Outer box and green inner presentation box
- International warranty card
- Chronometer certificate and warranty booklets
- Green hang tag and sales receipt
- Card wallet, product booklet and polishing cloth
The set matches the brand and model you order — a Rolex comes in a Rolex set, an Omega in an Omega set.
Warranty
1-year replacement and 5-year warranty on Swiss movements. If something stops working, message the same team you ordered with — we will arrange the repair, or replace the watch inside the replacement period.
Caring for it
- Leave the protective film on until you have checked the watch, then peel it off.
- If the watch has stopped in transit, wind the crown clockwise 20–30 turns — automatic movements need a start.
- Keep the box and booklets; they matter if you ever service or pass on the watch.
