Seamaster 300M - actually took it diving

I'm a dive instructor in Florida. I needed a watch that could actually handle the water, not just look like it could. Took my Seamaster super clone to 60 feet last weekend. No issues. The bezel action is still crisp. The lume was bright at depth. The helium escape valve is properly threaded, not just decorative. The wave dial is the star though. The laser-cut pattern has real depth, and the blue shifts from navy to almost teal in the sunlight. My students kept asking about it. If you actually dive, this is the one. It's not just a desk diver.

College student here too. This is exactly what I needed to read. Saving up now.

The value proposition is insane. I spent $500 instead of $15,000. Zero regrets.

I was skeptical about super clones for years. Posts like this finally convinced me to try one. Ordered last week.

Fellow pilot here. The GMT function is genuinely useful at 35,000 feet. Great choice.

Fellow engineer here. I did the same spreadsheet analysis. TIME'MAX won on transparency every time.

Great write-up. I have the same model and everything you said about the finishing is spot on.

The fluted bezel on the Datejust is what got me. It catches light like nothing else.

My wife got me one for our anniversary. Same reaction - I was speechless. These make incredible gifts.
