Nautilus for a black tie event - perfect

Wore my Nautilus super clone to a charity gala last weekend. It was the perfect choice. The thin case slid under my shirt cuff easily. The blue dial caught the light during dinner. Multiple people commented on it. One guy at my table, who I later found out collects Patek, asked to see it. He turned it over, checked the bracelet, looked at the dial. Said 'beautiful piece' and handed it back. I'm not saying this to brag. Just sharing that the quality is genuinely impressive. If you're worried about wearing one to a formal event, don't be.

I was worried about being called out too. Never happened. These are that good.

The GMT hand jumping independently is the killer feature. I use it every time I fly.

This is so sweet. I did the same for my husband last year and he still talks about it.

College student here too. This is exactly what I needed to read. Saving up now.

How is the lume holding up after a few months? That is usually the first thing to degrade on replicas.

Salt water is the ultimate test. Mine has held up perfectly too.

Great write-up. I have the same model and everything you said about the finishing is spot on.

This is exactly my experience. The QC video is what sold me too. No other seller does that.

I usually only buy vintage, but you make a compelling case. The value equation is hard to argue with.

Love seeing more women in the hobby. The 36mm is perfect on smaller wrists.

The chrono pushers on mine are buttery smooth. People are always surprised when I tell them.

Fellow pilot here. The GMT function is genuinely useful at 35,000 feet. Great choice.

Reading this while saving up for my first one. Posts like this keep me motivated.
