Daytona from TIME'MAX - the chrono actually works

I've been burned before by Daytona reps with fake subdials. This one is different. The VS4130 movement actually functions. Chrono starts, stops, resets to zero. The subdials at 3 and 9 actually track minutes and hours. The pushers screw down properly and have that satisfying mechanical click. The dial text is sharp under my 10x loupe. The bezel engraving is crisp and properly filled. The case has real heft - 904L steel feels exactly like it should. Shipping to Florida took 8 days. QC video before shipping showed everything working. This is the closest thing to a genuine Daytona I've ever handled.

The GMT hand jumping independently is the killer feature. I use it every time I fly.

How is the lume holding up after a few months? That is usually the first thing to degrade on replicas.

Beautiful piece. Did you get the Swiss movement option or the standard? Trying to decide if the upgrade is worth it.

The fluted bezel on the Datejust is what got me. It catches light like nothing else.

The value proposition is insane. I spent $500 instead of $15,000. Zero regrets.

Great write-up. I have the same model and everything you said about the finishing is spot on.
